A message from cheef

Hi!

Sorry I've been silent for so long, but a number of things have
happened, including being away for a few months.

I want to let all of you know that I'm ending Phi Nu as a membership
group. There will no longer be paid Phi Nu memberships (I've actually
never accepted any since taking over last fall.) We will also no longer
offer membership in AANR or TNS. Phi Nu will, however, remain as an
informal organization to sponsor events if the opportunity to rent a spa
or similar facility is realized.

I need to apologize to those who have been disappointed by the club's
inactivity and by my own unresponsiveness. Unfortunately, my situation
changed last fall shortly after I decided to take the group over, and I
have been neglectful of the group. Please accept my apologies for
that. Although I have not taken any membership money for Phi Nu
memberships since taking over the club, I realize some folks may still
feel slighted due to money they sent in prior to my taking over. If you
are in this situation, please contact me and I will attempt to make it
right. Also, if you are wondering about a check you sent in that hasn't
been cashed, be assured that I will void and then shred any checks
without cashing them.

If you wish to have AANR or TNS membership, you can get them through
Cheri/Travelites. Additionally, I recently spoke with Robin at Penn
Sylvan, and she said they will allow you to have AANR membership through
them with or without purchasing a Penn Sylvan membership. If you
already have AANR membership through Phi Nu, you can transfer it by
contacting the AANR club of your choice and asking them for their
requirements.

Once again, I apologize for being uninvolved and uncommunicative. Phi
Nu will no longer be a membership organization, but I am still hopeful
that someday we will have some activities again, and I will make sure
they are widely publicized when we do.

Naturally Yours,
Cheef
